Service Condition & Phaseout Notice

Service Condition             

-  Warranty is carry in service.    

-  การรับประกันเป็นแบบลูกค้านำสินค้ามาที่บริษัทของเรา

-  We will swap replacement of RMA immediately or within 1-2 days for Inktec & Memory & CPU , and within 3-5 days for other large-sized products, except case of phaseout or non on-hand items.  

- เราจะทำการเปลี่ยนสินค้าเสียทันทีสำหรับ หมึกอิงค์เทค เมโมรี่ ซีพียู และ 3-5 วันสำหรับสินค้าขนาดใหญ่ ยกเว้น สินค้าที่ตกรุ่น หรือ ไม่มีของในสต็อก

-  We will not accept RMA unit that don't have our void sticker or label loose.    

-  เราจะไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือซ่อมสินค้าที่ไม่มีสติกเกอร์วอยด์ของบริษัท

-  We will not accept RMA unit that damage from unproper or accident usage.   

-  เราจะไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือซ่อมสินค้าที่ใช้ไม่ถูกวิธี หรือ แตกหัก 

- We will not accept RMA unit that have any burn damage.      

-  เราจะไม่รับเปลี่ยนหรือซ่อมสินค้าที่เสียหายจากไหม้หรือไฟฟ้าลัดวงจร

- Up country customers or not carry to our company need to take responsibility for transportation cost both sending to Krel and sent back in return  

-  ลูกค้าต่างจังหวัด หรือไม่สามารถมาเคลมของที่บริษัทได้  ลูกค้าต้องเป็นผู้ออกค่าใช้จ่ายในค่าส่งสินค้าทั้งขาไปและขากลับ

-  Customers who want to upgrade for better one, we will consider this case with the reasonable current market price.  

-  ลูกค้าที่ต้องการอัพเกรดสินค้าที่ตกรุ่นแล้ว เราจะพิจารณาจากราคาตลาด ณ เวลานั้น 

Warranty Period

-  Memory is warranty limited lifetime.

-  Hard Drive is 3 years limited warranty.                                                                                                                                                               

-  For all products which were announced in phaseout notice or were used for more than 1 months, we reserves the right not to change a new one in our stock.   

-  สำหรับทุกสินค้าที่ตกรุ่นแล้ว หรือ ซื้อ ขายไปมากกว่าหนึ่งเดือนแล้ว  ทางบริษัทสงวนสิทธิ์ ไม่นำของใหม่ในสต็อกขายมาเปลี่ยนให้
